Torah with Targum Onkelos, Hebrew and Aramaic verse-by-verse. Both are vocalized with
simple superlinear (Babylonian) punctuation, but Tiberian vocalization
has also been added in parts of the Hebrew verses. Lacks Genesis and Exodus, contains Leviticus through Deuteronomy.
This is an early example (11th-12th century) of the Torah with Targum Onkelos according to the tradition of the Jews of Yemen.
